Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, Greek yogurt, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom of the prepared dish. Layer half the tortilla strips, then half the remaining chicken mixture. Repeat layers with remaining tortilla strips and chicken mixture. Pour chicken broth over the top.
Top with shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted. If desired, broil for 1-2 minutes for a golden top.
Let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro, avocado, and lime wedges if desired. Serve warm.
