Ingredients
Instructions
Pat salmon cubes dry with paper towels. Season evenly with sea salt and black pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, and minced garlic. Set aside.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and let it melt, swirling to coat the pan.
Add salmon cubes in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove salmon from skillet and set aside.
Reduce heat to low. Pour the honey mixture into the skillet and stir for 30 seconds until bubbly. Return salmon to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the glaze. Sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes and toss again.
Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired. Serve immediately with steamed broccoli or your favorite side.
For best results
- For extra crispy edges, make sure the salmon is patted very dry before seasoning.
- Don't overcrowd the pan; sear in batches to get a nice golden crust.
- Adjust the hot sauce amount to your spice preference. Add less for milder heat, more for extra kick.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a skillet.
Variations
- Air Fryer Version: Cook seasoned salmon cubes at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway. Toss with glaze after cooking.
- Grilled Version: Thread salmon cubes onto skewers and grill over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, brushing with glaze during the last 2 minutes.
- Mango Honey Twist: Replace sriracha with 1 tbsp sriracha and 2 tbsp mango puree for a fruity heat.
