These Hot Honey Salmon Bites are a quick high-protein dinner ready in just 20 minutes. Cubed salmon is seared until crispy and glazed with a sweet and spicy hot honey…
Ingredients
Instructions
Pat salmon cubes dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon cubes in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove salmon from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter, honey, hot sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir and let simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Return salmon bites to the skillet and toss gently to coat evenly with the hot honey glaze. Cook for another 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Garnish with additional red pepper flakes and fresh parsley. Serve immediately over rice, quinoa, or alongside roasted vegetables.
For best results
- For extra crispy edges, make sure the salmon is patted very dry before searing.
- Don't overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if needed to ensure a good sear.
- Adjust the hot sauce amount to control spiciness. For milder bites, use 1 tablespoon.
Variations
- Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Toss seasoned salmon cubes with a little oil and air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway. Toss with hot honey glaze and air fry for 2 more minutes.
- Make it dairy-free: Substitute butter with coconut oil or vegan butter.
- Add veggies: Toss in broccoli or bell pepper cubes along with the salmon for a one-pan meal.
